Ethical eDiscovery leads the launch of ILTA’s Active Learning Best Practice Guide

As Co-Chair of this project, James MacGregor founder of Ethical eDiscovery, authored a blog for EDRM announcing the launch of this document, the LTA’s Active Learning Best Practice Guide, and the steps that were taken in order to create it. That blog can currently be found here on the EDRM website.

The overreaching conclusion of this project, was that as we move forward in an era where technology plays an increasingly crucial role in legal proceedings, I’m proud to announce the completion of a significant milestone in the field of eDisclosure: “A Best Practice Guide for the use of Active Learning.

On October 24th 2024, we proudly released the final version to the public. More significantly, we’ve submitted it to the Master of the Rolls, Sir Geoffrey Vos, for consideration as a consensus document to be potentially incorporated into English law.
